秦岳

秦岳，中共黨員，山東濟(jì)南人。2020年畢業(yè)于南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)，獲工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，2025年畢業(yè)于中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)，獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2025年8月入職齊魯師范學(xué)院。近年來先后在Antioxidants、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Antibiotics、Journal of food science、Food science & nutrition、Cell death & disease等雜志發(fā)表多篇SCI論文。

研究方向：

營養(yǎng)與健康、食品科學(xué)、膳食多酚與代謝性疾病、食品與腸道菌群。
