王明錄

王明錄,中共黨員,2018年畢業于山東師范大學食品質量與安全專業,獲工學學士學位;2025年畢業于山東師范大學細胞生物學專業,獲理學博士學位,2025年7月入職齊魯師范學院生命科學學院。在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Biosensors & Bioelectronics、Food Chemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等期刊發表多篇論文。曾獲國家獎學金、“挑戰杯”山東省大學生創業計劃競賽金獎、山東省研究生優秀成果獎二等獎、山東省優秀畢業生等獎項及榮譽。
