何子楊

何子楊,山東濟南人,中共黨員。博士畢業于中國海洋大學食品科學與工程專業。2025年7月至今在齊魯師范學院工作。主要研究方向包括果膠提取與功能性質的研究、食品藥殘快速檢測與前處理技術的開發、廢棄物高值化利用及其在食品安全中的應用,以及基于機器學習與深度學習的材料性能預測。在 Science of The Total Environment、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry等國內外學術期刊發表多篇論文,其中多篇作為第一作者發表于一區TOP期刊,其中一篇為ESI高被引論文。
