段廣有

個人簡介
段廣有,教授,自2016年9月起任職于齊魯師范學院生命科學學院,目前擔任齊魯師范學院山東省首批優(yōu)勢學科人才團隊學術帶頭人,同時兼任齊魯師范學院歐美同學會(留學人員聯(lián)誼會)副秘書長等職。
段博士學術專業(yè)為生物信息學,于2014年初獲得德國馬克思普朗克研究所(分子植物生理所,MPIMP)生物信息學博士學位,之后在歐洲分子生物學實驗室(EMBL)從事博士后研究工作,已從事生物信息學相關研發(fā)工作十余年;段博士的研究目標是利用生物學、計算機、數(shù)學、統(tǒng)計學等交叉學科方法解決生物、農(nóng)學或者醫(yī)學等相關問題,已在Nucleic Acids Research, PLoS Computational Biology, Plant Cell, Scientific Reports等國際刊物上發(fā)表多篇論文,并且擔任BMC Bioinformatics,Journal of Plant Pathology and Microbiology等學術雜志的審稿人。主講生物信息學、圖論等課程。
